From San Diego, Cory Juneau is ranked 15th in the world overall and 7th in Park, which will be the featured event in Boise. Just 17 years old, Cory just finished 5th last week at the Van’s Park Series event in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Coming off the win in the Pro division of the Australian Bondi BOWL-A-RAMA, you can see the sick moves he has in the bowl. From his front-side noseblunt slide to his frontside flip, there are few that can do it better than Cory.
Cory got his start at age 7 when his mom said he wasn’t allowed on the trampoline, thinking it was too dangerous. Practicing every day for hours at a skate park near his home, he always dreamed of going pro. He won his first event at 14, and took home a $2000 check for his first-place performance at a Van’s amatuer event in Orange, California. The kicker? This was only his third competition!
Cory is sponsored by Creature, Vans, Skeleton Key, OJ’s, Indy, Paradox, and RockStar.
